The Sunday Lunch Club is a cosy warm book, perfect for the weekend. Every Sunday Anna’s family have lunch together. It’s a tradition, since their parents left the town they used to live in and moved away. After that happened Anna and her siblings see each other once per week and enjoy the time together. Sometimes they laugh, sometimes cry but what keeps them together is the love they share and the understanding that family always comes first.
The Little Teashop of Lost and Found is a cosy book. The cover of it is adorable, I like it a lot. Make a tea, grab a scone and have a read.
I recently read a blog post in which the book blogger said that this book is in her top 5 so far for this year. Well on the very next day when I saw the book in the bookshop I just had to buy it! Actually I hadn’t even read the synopsis, basically I just grabbed it and went to the till.
“The problem with giving your heart away to someone is that you never get it back. Long after you’ve fallen out of love with them, they still own a little piece of you….”
I mainly got this book because I fell in love with the cover so I just couldn’t resist. Now when I read it I can honestly say that it’s a magical story, lovely written and charming.
My Fav quote from the book: “You are braver and more beautiful than Ana, and I hope I am a better man than Vronski.”
